As we leave the coldness of January and birth the month of February, it seems as though winter is never-ending and the days consistently grey and overcast. Over the past two years, our planet has been turned upside down and primarily from that of a contagious virus that has become a pandemic. As it began to spread with intensity throughout the world, halting many of its inhabitants, their lives and their livelihood, fear gripped many and became a dominant factor that eluded our clear thinking and rational decision making. Beliefs were questioned, media continuously streamed loudly, livelihoods were dismissed or diminished and the quest to find concrete answers and the truth, was challenging. As we move into the month of February, we are about to witness the dawning of a new era and the shapeshifting of our planet like never before. Are you ready to discard old beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you? What do you really want in your life? What do you intend to create for this New Year?
As we embrace the cold days of February, take time out to reflect, go within and give yourself permission to be still, to be silent. Often, some of our greatest concepts come from those deep times of reflection and stillness. When you set aside time to reflect, you can unlock some of your greatest ideas that are currently hiding away and begin to set new goals and intentions. By setting your intentions, whether it be on paper or in your mind, they will begin to grow as the seeds of today and harvest the fragrant fruits of tomorrow giving your life purpose and direction.
