This cozy winter getaway offers the perfect setting to immerse yourself in self-exploration, spiritual awakening and a deeper connection to yourself, others and the universe. Take time out to embrace the quiet and calmness of Winter, by setting intentions, restoring and finding peace during the cold months as well as detoxifying the body. Our retreat is designed to recharge your mind, body and soul through breath work, yoga classes (Yoga Nidra, Restorative & Gentle Yoga), guided meditations, a sacred Sound bath journey to calm the senses, intention setting, forest bathing and healthy vegetarian meals. Spend time on your own with hiking the trails, reading, resting or simply connecting to nature. Experience snowy adventures, restorative time, wellness practices and cozy cabin accommodations at our Retreat. Our Retreat includes all yoga, meditation and wellness classes, six vegetarian meals and snacks and accommodations.
