This two hour workshop led by Daye is for anyone interested in learning more about headstands. Learn the fundamentals and be more confident integrating them into your practice. Â Headstands (Sirsasana) are not only fun, but also revitalizing to the entire body, as well as stimulating to the mind. Â Integrating headstands to your practice promotes healthy blood flow through the brain cells, strengthens the upper body, spine and core, enhances lung capacity and strengthens abdominal organs. Â Â Whether you are a Beginner, already experienced with headstands or hoping to make them part of your practice, there is always something to be learned. The exercises and benefits imparted will help to inspire confidence, ease and ultimately a new perspective in your headstand.
