Beginning our New year with the New Moon in Capricorn, this is the perfect time to plan your new year goals and getting your wellness routine, finances and personal affairs in order. Capricorn energy will help you to find the commitment and diligence to fulfil your promises to yourself and the New moon is the perfect time to hatch new plans and start projects with energy and gusto. We will ground and centre our energy, take part in a meditation journey and activate our new moon intentions in sacred ritual by way of planting 'seeds' in a small pot and watching it grow into fruition. As Capricorn is an earth sign, you may wish to bring your favourite crystal or stone with you to amplify your intentions and anchor in the earthy energy.
