A - Z Cues for Students & Yoga Teachers

In our workshop, you will learn tips for improving verbal cueing, exploring what feels best at that moment, how many cues to give per posture, creating space and respecting the variation even if it isn't perfect and emphasizing the connection between movement and breathe and to encourage students to feel confident, creative and self-express in a safe space.
