Meet your instructor

My name is Daye Simpson and I am a certified yoga teacher and educator, holding over 500 hours of certification (E-RYT500). With a focus on yoga, meditation and energy healing, I guide individuals in exploring how mindfulness, breath-work and movement can significantly enhance their daily lives, health, and overall perception. Teaching yoga is not merely a profession for me; it is a transformative gift that can profoundly impact both the instructor and the students, particularly when one is receptive to change. Many of my clients struggle to maintain their health and wellness amidst the pressures of a high-stress environment and demanding schedules. Having personally navigated the challenges of stress, anxiety, and previous panic attacks, I have discovered that yoga and meditation offer a powerful, non-dogmatic approach to remaining grounded and adaptable in all aspects of life. I am dedicated to sharing my insights and experiences, helping others cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves, achieve balance, and find peace.  My teachings primarily integrate yoga, mindfulness, and the exploration of one's divine connection and purpose.
