About The Event
Beginning the new year with the New Moon in Capricorn, this is the perfect time to plan your new year goals and getting your wellness routine, finances and personal affairs in order. Â Capricorn energy will help you to find the commitment and diligence to fulfil your promises to yourself and the New moon is the perfect time to hatch new plans and start projects with energy and gusto. We will ground and centre our energy, take part in a meditation journey and activate our new moon intentions in sacred ritual. As Capricorn is an earth sign, you may wish to bring your favourite crystal with you to amplify your intentions and anchor in the earthy energy.
Please bring a blanket, journal and pen. We provide cushions, bolsters and yoga mats, but you might want to bring your own personal mat or extra cushion for comfort. Â Â Circles last approximately 75 minutes.
What to expect: Join Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master & Energy Healer, Daye and embrace a gorgeous safe space, where you will be held in candlelight and sound while we perform our Moon practice. You will feel relaxed and refreshed at the end of the session, learning tools that you can take forward with you on your wellness journey.
